This Privacy Policy describes how Renitect ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application You or Them (also known as Sen ya da Onlar) (the "App").
You or Them is a local, offline party card game for four players on a single shared device. The App does not require an account, does not provide online multiplayer, and is designed to work without an internet connection during gameplay.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or process personal information on our servers. The App does not include user registration, analytics dashboards, advertising identifiers, or cloud sync for game data.
2.1 Data stored on your device
The App stores a small amount of information locally on your device using on-device storage
(via the shared_preferences package). This data stays on your device and is
not transmitted to us.

2.2 Game session data
During setup, you may enter player names (up to four). This information is used only to display names during the current game session. It is held in app memory while the game is running and is not saved persistently to device storage or sent to us.
Game scores, cards, rules, and all other gameplay state exist only on your device for the duration of a session and are not uploaded to our servers.
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Google Fonts
The App uses the google_fonts package, which may download font files from
Google Fonts (fonts.google.com)
when certain text styles are first displayed. This request goes directly from your device to Google.
We do not receive this data.
Google's handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
3.2 Apple App Store & Google Play
If you download the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices.
4. Permissions
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or other sensitive device permissions. No special Android or iOS permissions are required beyond what the operating system provides to all installed applications.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is a party game that references "shots" as an in-game scoring mechanic. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App does not promote or require alcohol consumption. "Shots" are used solely as a scoring label within the game.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
6. Data Security
Because gameplay data remains on your device and we do not operate backend servers for the App, the primary security measure is your device's own operating-system protections (passcode, biometrics, encryption). We recommend keeping your device secure and not sharing it with untrusted parties if you are concerned about locally stored preferences.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Locally stored preferences (onboarding flag and language) remain on your device until you:
- clear the App's data from your device settings, or
- uninstall the App.
Game session data (player names, scores, cards) is cleared when you close the App or start a new game.
8. International Users
The App is available worldwide. Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, no cross-border data transfers of user personal information occur through our systems.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data under laws such as the GDPR or Turkish KVKK. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, most requests can be fulfilled directly on your device by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
